Please use this form to provide us with as much information as possible about your catering needs.  Once we receive your request, we will review it, determine pricing and contact you with any questions that we might have, confirmation and to obtain a non-refundable 50% deposit.  Please do not submit this form twice.  If you have submitted it and have not heard from us within a business day, please call us at 860-829-1330 so that we can investigate.

Hot or Cold? Type of meat? Type of Cheese? Grinder comes with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and mustard. Would you like anything else on it?
How many people will the platters be feeding? Cold Cut Platter - What meats/cheeses would you like? Vegetable Platter - What vegetables would like included or excluded? Charcuterie - What items would you like included?
For each tray - please let us know how many people you would like to feed. We will give you pricing when we call to confirm your order.
